The ORB Interview
Featuring: Our Saviour – Lucifer Morningstar
Each week Orbis Weekly will produce a number of interviews that we send out to people all over the world. The idea behind the ORB Interview is to shed a little light on people, especially ones we think the world of Orbis should know more about. The questions will range from basic, random, and relevant.
I met Luci back in the days of thinking the Dark Brotherhood was a nice alliance. Lucifer has always been a great friend, funny guy, Irish, and often whispers to me on Discord chats. Now it’s your turn to get to know him. Here is the REAL Interview with the Devil.
Orbis Weekly: Can you tell me a bit about your PW history? (where you started here, etc)
Lucifer: Ok so I’m relatively newish in the game compared to others. I started back in February of this year and originally joined Dark Brotherhood where I became Milcom Low Gov. I left after a few disagreement with the superiors and made my way to Bad Company where I am currently Milcom Low Gov.
Orbis Weekly: Have you played any other simulation games in the past that may have led you to PW?
Lucifer: PnW is my first. I made a Nationstates account a few months ago but I deleted it because it gets boring real quick.
Orbis Weekly: You’re currently Milcom Low Gov – do you like that role? Are you happy with it? What exactly does your role cover?
Lucifer: Yes, my official title is Manager of Security, the unofficial one…. it varies from just Lucifer, Hannah’s bitch, The Milcom Irish one and The Youngest one. Overall I am happy with the role. I wouldn’t want a promotion because I still have quite a lot to learn. As to what the role covers, authorising raids, checking war screens and making sure the members don’t fuck up in general.
Orbis Weekly: Thoughts on the current Global War?
Lucifer: While I can’t say anything based on my lack of knowledge of the CB, I can say that I do have friends on both sides but that number is quite one-sided. While Vanguard is neutral for this one I’m gonna say (And this is MY personal opinion) I am leaning more to TKR’s side.
Orbis Weekly: Why would you lean more towards TKR – is it because of the unbalanced friendship??
Lucifer: Yea, I know more people from there, I also have a disliking towards IQ since I’ve been told stories of what CN is like. I don’t want PnW to end up like that..
Orbis Weekly: I call the IQ said the aggressors (they attacked first) – so – a lot of the aggressors say that TKR won’t bounce back, they will die or disband – what are your thoughts on that? Do you think they’d bounce back?
Lucifer: Let’s face it, TKR’s forces are drastically outnumbered, isn’t it like 3:1 or something like that? Plus IQ can be fucking relentless and with Syndisphere backing them up I don’t think it’s looking good for my friends.
Lucifer: I would approve very much of it. But I wouldn’t get involved due to neutrality.
Orbis Weekly: How has the experience been in Vanguard since you guys departed from the La Mafia/Friends?
Lucifer: We only departed from MAF after they became a liability. We’re still tied with The Island, Rough Riders and have recently signed with Animation Domination. But in response to the question there have been a few minor problems but they have been resolved and we a very happy with our relationships with all our allies.
Orbis Weekly: How do you see the political landscape laying out post-war? How would you like to see it?
Lucifer: How do I see it: Syndisphere ties strengthening, TKR sphere losing some influence and IQ sadly becoming top dogs. How I would like to see it: Vanguard breaking off from IQ, TKR not dropping far and Syndiphere becoming top dogs.
Orbis Weekly: Is there anything you want to say to the ORB Members reading this?
Lucifer: Firstly, if you ever fall on hard times you can always take a loan from Orion Bank
Second, Be sure to tune into Great Job with Kev and Charlie, Fridays @ 11pm CST
Third, Stay Platinum Baby
Orbis Weekly: What is one thing you love doing in RL?
Lucifer: Going down to the range to shoot.
Lucifer – always a fun chat, but this time no whispers. If you’re a fan of guns and you’re wondering what Luci shoots, he told us he can only shoot .22LR because the gun laws are strict as fuck in Ireland. He shoots at Targets, Paper Targets, and Steel Animal Silhouettes. Keep them potatoes healthy! See you next time Luci.
